Design, digital or deforestation?
If any of the above apply to you then register for bloomtrigger first ever event ‘Creating a bloomtrigger! Digital rainforest conservation‘.
Join us on Wednesday 9th November at Hub Westminster in the heart of London (next to Piccadilly Circus tube station). The evening begins at 6:30pm with drinks and friendly discussion and runs until 8pm. We are hosting this event as partners of Internet Week Europe 2011.
The evening will include a short introductory talk from bloomtrigger’s founder James Sutton about the issue of deforestation and climate change with an update on how ‘the bloomtrigger project’ is pioneering a simple, affordable and creative way for people to help protect rainforest in the Peruvian Amazon. This will be followed by a few words from Quinn Meyer director of the CREES Foundation on his recent return from the forestry community in Peru.
